Crystal Systems is located on Salem Harbor at Shetland Industrial Park, 16 miles and 30 minutes from Boston. We have recently expanded to 30,000 square feet, with manufacturing, processing, and fabrication facilities on site. A separate R&D facility is adjacent to the manufacturing plant, with clean room and testing facilities.

By Train: CSI is readily accessible when you are in the Boston area by taking the MBTA from North Station to Salem, MA. CSI is a 10 minute brisk walk from the Salem train station through the historic district; or, if you arrange your visit in advance, we can pick you up at the depot. Return to home page

DIRECTIONS TO CSI: From Boston and Logan Airport: Route 1A North to Salem to join Route 1A and 114 at Salem State College. After about 1 mile on 114/1A, 114 bears to the left. Continue straight ahead on 1A and follow 1A when it turns right (Fire Station straight ahead) onto Derby Street. About a quarter mile on Derby Street, turn right onto Congress Street (at Eastern Bank) and travel one-tenth of a mile across a bridge to Shetland Industrial Park on the left and take instructions from the sentry. From Rt. 128: Take exit 25A (Rt. 114)and follow into Salem. With Dunkin' Donuts on the left and the Post Office on the right, leave Route 114 and go straight ahead onto Derby Street, turn right onto Congress Street (at Eastern Bank) and travel one-tenth of a mile across a bridge to Shetland Industrial Park on the left and take instructions from the sentry.
