Crystal Systems, Inc. (CSI) provides high-quality crystals to meet or exceed the customer expectations. Our goal at CSI is to continually improve service to our customers today and in the future. This is accomplished through excellence in people, equipment, processes, customer service, and job performance.

Quality initiatives focus on continuous improvement, process control, production support, employee training and continuous monitoring of customer satisfaction. The quality manual provides the overall strategy and objectives of our quality system. Objectives will be reviewed on an annual basis during the Management Review Meeting to assure they reflect quality management system focus.
